- Final Landscape Master plan — finalizing all hard and soft landscape elements
- Materials booklets — A3/A4 color booklet providing images of soft and hard landscape elements
- Detailed Sections through paving, planting etc.
- Details on proposed tree, shrub, hedgerow and groundcover planting — names, sizes, planting densities and quantities
- Typical cross sections through areas of open space
- Landscape Specification document — Specification on all proposed landscape works
- Landscape Management Plan — long-term maintenance operations
- Submission of color copies for planning
